With the Holiday season right around the corner, Paypal have been hard at work making some improvements so you can enjoy a better experience when you shop or sell online using PayPal.
Check out the enhanced PayPal website including easier and quicker navigation, a new improved look and best of all – Paypal now speak your language. Now you can feel more at home as PayPal have translated a large part of PayPal website and tailored the content to make it easier for you to navigate and find all you need to know about PayPal quickly and effortlessly, in your language.
A large part of PayPal has been translated, especially those pages which are highly trafficked or viewed by Paypal users. However, there are still some pages that will remain in English. Also, PayPal phone and email support through customer support will still remain available in English only. In the near future, Paypal hope to extend our translations and support further.
Here are some of the new features you will see:
1. More languages.
For users in Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia, you’ll be able to choose between your local language and English.
2. New language settings.
You’ll find the new language tab in the upper right corner of most pages so you can select your preferred language.
3. Improved content.
Paypal have tailored the content and help pages on Paypal website to allow you quicker and easier access to the most relevant product, features, and services available in your country.
